Rūtsu Nutrition was founded by Haley Bishoff, a Registered and Licensed Dietitian based in Las Vegas, NV, who helps individuals build lasting, sustainable health habits through personalized nutrition counseling.

Haley Bishoff is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Licensed Dietitian (LD) who specializes in vegan and plant-based nutrition, chronic disease management, and sustainable weight management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Oregon State University and completed her Dietetic Internship at UNLV and Spring Valley Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. Haley offers both virtual and in-person nutrition counseling appointments.

Your first visit is a comprehensive nutritional assessment that includes a review of your medical history, current eating patterns, health goals, and any relevant lab work or blood work you can bring. Together, you and Haley will set personalized, realistic goals tailored to your unique needs and lifestyle. Every initial consultation is individualized; no two sessions look exactly alike.

Follow-up visits build on the foundation set during your initial consultation. Sessions focus on reviewing and revising your goals, providing practical meal-planning tips, and delivering targeted nutrition education tailored to your progress. Follow-ups are key to staying accountable and continuing your journey of continual self-improvement.
